  • How do I cancel my appointment?
    Please allow more than 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment without a fee. Changes must be made through the Booker app, phone call or email. Texting is not acceptable. Appointments canceled within 24 hours before an appointment time will have a fee equal to 75% of services scheduled. All clients will be given a 15 minute grace period. The full amount of scheduled services will be charged to clients arriving 15 minutes after their appointment start, or to a No-Show. If a credit or debit card is unavailable, the full amount will be due prior to booking another appointment.
  • What if I don't like my hair?
    Call me within 5 days so we can make it right. 203-208-0687
  • How do I book an appointment?
    Call 203-208-0687 or visit our online booking page A credit or debit card is required to book any appointment. Confirmation texts/emails are made two days prior to the appointment as a courtesy to you.
  • How much for a haircut?
    Our haircut pricing is based on time not gender. Based on time to cut, style, and complete your look/ Appointments range to 20 - 60 mins
  • Where can I purchase Davines products?
    Shop small and support in-salon purchases. You can also shop direct at https://us.davines.com
  • Where do I park?
    There are two off-street parking spots in front of the salon. Additional parking available at the Branford Train Station.
  • Should I wash my hair before my appointment?
    No. Unless I've specifically asked you to

    An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about your business like "Where do you ship to?", "What are your opening hours?", or "How can I book a service?".

  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
